Eggless molten Chocolate lava cake

 


My best ever eggless and without chocolate easy molten chocolate lava cake, this recipe is so perfect and easy to make, prepared in just 5 minutes and taste perfect and full of chocolate flavour, enjoy it with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or with red fruits.

What kind of chocolate i use in this recipe?

simply sugarless cocoa powder and it turned so yummy as the chocolate one and it has a rich chocolate flavour and melted cake in mouth. Just use a good taste cacao powder flavour you use for example your everyday hot chocolate cacao powder and you’ll be so satisfied. I use the instant coffee to reinforces the chocolate flavour, you can also add a pinch of ground cinnamon instead of coffee it also gives a lovely taste.

it is 100% easy no electric hand whisk or mixer need, simply use your everyday hand whisk to make it. Jus mix the dry ingredients together and pour on milk and vegetable oil, whisk all together for a minute, bake and enjoy.

What ingredients to make Eggless Molten Chocolate Lava cake recipe?

  • Flour
  • Cacao powder
  • Baking powder
  • Sugar
  • Milk
  • Vegetable oil
  • Instant coffee (optional)

How to make this recipe?

  • Prepare 2 ramekins by Grease with butter then dust with 1 tablespoon of cacao powder.
  • In a large bowl sift all the dry ingredients, flour, cacao powder, baking powder and sugar. Give all a quick mix.
  • Add milk and vegetable oil and whisk all together until smooth chocolate cake batter.
  • For more easily pour, place the cake batter into measuring cup. Pour the cake batter into a prepared ramekins.
  • Transfer ramekins to a tray so you can easily move to oven
  • Bake at 200C/ 400F for 15 minutes In the middle of the oven rack When out of oven flip the ramekins upside down to the serving dish.
  • Serve it hot or cold as you like, the chocolate more lava in the hot cake, but in the cold one will be more hold and stable.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Tbsp Cacao powder (35 grams)
  • ½ Cup all purpose flour (70 grams)
  • ½ Cup granulated sugar (100 grams)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla powder or extract
  • ¼ Tsp Baking powder
  • ½ Tsp Instant Coffee
  • ¾ Cup milk (200ml)
  • ¼ Cup Vegetable oil or melted butter

  • 1 Tbsp soft butter
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
