10 Minutes Eggless Tea cookies with only 4 ingredients



The best and easy 10 minutes Eggless tea cookies to make, this recipe is amazing guys; also it is eggless and it only needs 4 ingredients to make.

I love cookies and this one is melted in your mouth and my kids adore it and always ask me to make some . Enjoy it with your afternoon tea times with your family, with a good quantity of 25 cookies.

How much it takes to make 10 Minutes Eggless Tea cookies?

it takes only 10 minutes to make and 7 minutes to bake at the middle of preheated oven bake it for 7 to 10 minutes but bewar and check your cookies after 7 minutes because it depends on the heat of your oven.

 

Ingredients to substitute:

 
  • Instead of date filling you can make it with fig filling, or without any filling just enjoy normal tea cookies.
  • If you don’t have milk powder add 1/4 cup of flour instead, it is optional and your cookies will succed without milk powder, but don’t substitute with liquid milk otherwise it will turn so mushy and the dough will break.
  • The sugar amount in the dough can be reduced from 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup if you prefer your dough less sweetine.

Eggless Tea cookies




Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup powder milk
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder( optional) add it for chocolate cookies

for decoration(optional)

  • 2 tablespoon melted dark chocolate
  • 2  tablespoon melted white chocolate

for filling (optional):

  • Nutella and strawberry jam
  • date paste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk melted butter with sugar, give your mixture a quick mix until sugar dissolves. Add all purpose flour and milk powder.
  2. Combine all together until you have a soft cookies dough, (knead the dough if it turn too mushy add more flour, and if it crumble add 1 tablespoon of butter until you have the smooth dough as shown the video below)shape your dough as a large ball.
  3. Cut the dough into two halves, place a half into a bowl. To the remain half add cacao powder, knead with hands until you have a chocolate cookies dough.
  4. Take a large ball and flatten with a roller, cut with cookies cutter as heart shape or as a desired.
  5. Shape cookies as small balls, place them simply in your baking sheet.
  6. With small spoon or with finger press to make a cavity at the middle of the balls, fill with strawberry jam.
  7. Repeat the same with chocolate cookies.
  8. Bake at preheated oven 170°C / 380F for 7 to10 minutes.
  9. Let cookies cool before transfer it.
  10. Decorate the top of cookies with melted chocolate and melted white chocolate.
  11. Fill the chocolate cookies with nutella and jam.
