Ingredients:
For cake batter:
3 Eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 Cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 Cups all purpos flour
1 tbsp baking powder
For whipped cream:
1 cup cream fresh
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For topping :
2 bars snickers
Chocolate sauce
caramel sauce
For fill the cake holes:
5 tbsp caramel sauce or chocolate sauce
The way:
- Preheat oven at 180°C and prepare a pan measure 25 x 25 with parchment papper.
- In a large bowl mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla until light color.
- Add the milk and oil, give the batter a quick mix then add into tow phases the seften flour, cocao powder and baking powder .
- Mix until you have a smooth chocolatey cake batter.
- Pour in to tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool cake in pan or on a wire rack if you want to place it in a serving dish as i did. Poke a cake with large fork at 1/2-inch intervals. Pour caramel sauce and sepread to fill the holes.
- Whisk the cream with adding confectioners sugar gradually until coherent.
- Frost the cake with whipped cream.
- Chill for 2 hours, decorat with snickers, chocolate sauce and caramel suace.
